The active cookies that are used relate to Google Analytics which is used to track users' global movement on the site and tries to stay alive as long as allowed. All Google Analytics data is stored anonymously and is not retraceable to a specific user. A second cookie our system might set is used for session management so you can stay signed in. No user data resides in these cookies and this will expire within 2 weeks.


Reviewing, correcting or deleting your data

You hold the right to review, correct or delete your data. Besides that, you hold the right to withdraw your permission or object to process your data by Decoders. You also hold the right for data portability, which means you will be able to request to send you the personal data we’ve saved of you. Your request to review, correct or delete your data can be sent to hello@decoders.digital. To be sure this request was sent by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID. To protect your privacy we recommend you to hide your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and social security number. We try to respond to requests as soon as possible and not later than four weeks.

Decoders takes the protection of your data seriously and takes the appropriate measures to avoid abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modifications.
